PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compact an apparatus for charging a vehicle mounting secondary battery by using electromagnetic waves, and to improve the impedance matching state of such an apparatus.SOLUTION: A power generation circuit 12 is connected with a power transmission coil 18 via a coaxial cable 14 and a power transmission side matching unit 16. A power reception coil 22 is connected with a charging circuit 28 via a power reception side matching unit 24 and a coaxial cable 26. A non-resonance loop is used in the power transmission coil 18 and power reception coil 22. The power transmission side matching unit 16 and the power reception side matching unit 24 form a coupling resonance circuit along with the power transmission coil 18 and power reception coil 22, and perform impedance matching of the power generation circuit 12 and the power transmission coil 18, and impedance matching of the power reception coil 22 and the charging circuit 28.
