PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance, such as reliability, of field device management.SOLUTION: A field device management system includes: field devices 10 which transmit/receive a superimposed signal formed by superimposing a second signal on a first signal; an input/output unit 11 which transmits/receives the superimposed signal between it and the field devices 10; a controller 12 which controls the field devices 10 through a first communication channel 110 and 120, which is via the input/output unit 11, on the basis of the first signal; a monitor 15 which monitors operative conditions of the field devices 10 through a second communication channel 130, which is not via the controller 12; and an interface 14 which transmits the second signal separated from the superimposed signal together with the first signal to the monitor 15 through the second communication channel 130. |
