PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service for controlling an operation of a real device within license amount executable at the same time as a preliminary contract.SOLUTION: A virtual image processing system is configured to connect an image reading device 16, an image forming device 18, a FAX device 44, and an operation section 42 to a cloud server 14 via communication means such as a network, form a virtual image processor on the cloud server 14 and control the virtual processor by a virtual controller 34. License of real devices is managed so that use of the real devices is permitted by determining the number of the real devices usable at the same time as the number of contracts as a limit value and the simultaneous use of the real devices of the number of contracts (the limit value) or more is inhibited. |
