PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing machine which performs drying without damaging a vehicle to be washed.SOLUTION: Regions, in which a detection sensor 35 detects that a rotary brush is arranged away to the outside by a distance longer than a predetermined distance from an outer surface of the vehicle CA to be washed, within regions of forward and backward movement of a body section 1 are set as retraction regions T1 and T2. In the case where the body section 1 moves at a first speed when the washing is performed by the rotary brush, a blast nozzle is retracted with respect to the vehicle CA to be washed, in the retraction region T1. In the case where the body section 1 moves at a second speed higher than the first speed when the washing is performed by the rotary brush, the blast nozzle is retracted in the retraction region T2 which starts from a position preceding a start position of the retraction region T1 by a predetermined distance. |
