PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve soft error resistance of a latch circuit in the case where a parasitic bipolar effect occurs.SOLUTION: A latch circuit includes a plurality of first inverter circuits and a plurality of second inverter circuits that output logical values opposite to each other. A first well region having a first polarity of a first transistor of each first inverter circuit (second inverter circuit) is connected to a first well region of a first transistor of another first inverter circuit (second inverter circuit) via a region having a second polarity. A second well region having the second polarity of a second transistor of each first inverter circuit (second inverter circuit) is connected to a first well region of a second transistor of another first inverter circuit (second inverter circuit) via a region having the first polarity. |
