PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily identifying a computer apparatus to be operated with little modification on switching device and computer apparatus.SOLUTION: A switching device (30) has plural ports (32) each connected to plural computer apparatuses (20). Each of plural ports has an NC (Non-Connection) pin (33). Plural notification units (40) are provided to plural computer apparatuses and connected to NC pins provided to the ports connected to corresponding computer apparatuses in the plural ports. The switching device supplies a control signal to NC pins provided to the ports connected to the computer apparatuses to be connected in the plural ports. Receiving a control signal CNTL from the NC pin, a notification unit corresponding to the computer apparatus to be connected notifies that an input/output device is connected to the computer apparatus to be connected by the switching device. |
