PURPOSE: An advertisement system capable of real-time communication with a digital out of home (DOOH) apparatus and a method thereof are provided to enable clients to do shopping using a mobile device in a digital media medium prepared at various daily life contact points, and to enable an advertiser to do real-time and free advertisement using a digital media outdoor medium. CONSTITUTION: A DOOH displays advertisement contents (S201). A mobile device recognizes goods identification information for a goods desired by a user of the mobile device in the displayed advertisement contents (S203). The mobile device transmits the recognized goods identification information to an advertisement apparatus (S205). The advertisement apparatus searches and transmits advertisement contents corresponding to the goods identification information to the mobile device (S207). The mobile device displays the advertisement contents delivered from the advertisement apparatus (S209).
