PURPOSE: An apparatus and a system for streaming music through a mobile music card based on a cloud system are provided to make a music album in a card type, and allow a user to connect to a server using a QR code for obtaining a music streaming service. CONSTITUTION: A music album, which is manufactured and distributed conventionally as a compact disc, is manufactured as a card type. A user connects to a server through a wireless network using the card type album on which a QR code is printed. A streaming service of video or audio data corresponding to the QR code and the wireless network is provided from the server.
