PURPOSE: A preparing method of a clean-powdered medicine is provided to prevent the mixing of other medicines by using different medicine bowls and spoons according to prescriptions. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of a clean-powdered medicine comprises: a step(S10) of forming a powdered medicine by using at least one kind of pills by grinding by using a medicine bowl; a step(S20) of preparing synthetic resin medicine envelopes; a step(S30) of putting the number of medicine spoons corresponding to the number of the medicine envelopes; a step(S40) of putting powders into the respective medicine envelopes; a step(S50) of heat-fusing the medicine envelops; a step of separating to a part which accepts the powdered medicine and the other part which does not accept the powdered medicine; and a step(S60) of forming a stick type powder envelope by cutting the part, which does not accept powdered medicine, with a cutter.
