PURPOSE: A light switch with an inter-floor noise source decision function and an inter-floor noise decision system are provided to have a vibration sensor between the light switch and a light box and to have a microphone for noise measurement in the light switch, thereby easily installing inter-floor noise measurement equipment. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of vibration sensors (200) is installed in each household of an apartment house and detects the vibration of a building. A microphone (132) is equipped in the interior space of the household and converts noise generated in the household into an electric signal. A light switch body (100) receives a signal outputted from the vibration sensor. The light switch body comprises a switch (114), an audio signal processor (130), an inter-floor noise generation household decider (122), and a controller (118). The controller controls to store a vibration value received from the vibration sensor and a noise value received from the microphone in a vibration noise storage unit (124).
