PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a known method for forming patterns on a film by applying an optical orientation resin on the film and exposing the film through a photomask, in which if the exposure is performed in a roll-to-roll method during transferring a long film, the border of alignment patterns is not formed clearly.SOLUTION: An optical film manufacturing device manufactures an optical film having a plurality of alignment regions during transferring a long film continuously. The optical film manufacturing device comprises support rolls supporting the film and exposure parts that are opposed to the support rolls and that develop a plurality of alignment regions, in an optical orientation resin, of which alignment regions are different from each other in molecular alignment direction by exposing the optical orientation resin on the film through a mask with polarized light. The support rolls each have a suppressing part that suppresses the reflection of the exposure light.
