PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo amplifier using a heat sink that can be used at ease even in a high-temperature environment, has high heat radiation performance and reliability, and is low-cost including assembly cost etc.SOLUTION: A heat sink 10 includes a base plate 12, a heat conductive plate 14 thermally connected to the base plate 12, a plurality of first heat radiation fins 16 extending from the base plate 12, and a plurality of second heat radiation fins 18 extending from the heat conductive plate 14. The first radiation fins 16 are stood extending from a second main plane 22 of the base plate 12 in a Z direction, and the second radiation fins 18 are stood extending from regions, which are on both sides of the heat conductive plate 14 and apart by a distance larger than a height of the first radiation fins 16, substantially in parallel with the second main plane 22. |
