PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device and a train control device capable of reducing cost and achieving high efficiency of train operation management.SOLUTION: A database section 2 constituting the on-vehicle device 1 includes rail track information 21 and signal aspect series information 23. A controller 3 acquires a current position P1 of the train by checking position information S1 input from the outside against rail track information 21 and acquires stop target position P2 based on a stop aspect by checking signal aspect information S2 input from the outside against signal aspect series information 23, thereby creating a speed checking pattern SC from the current position P1 to the stop target position P2. The on-vehicle device 1 is combined with a ground device 4 and a braking mechanism 7 to form the train control device. The ground device 4 outputs the position information S1 to the on-vehicle device 1. The on-vehicle device 1 supplies the braking mechanism 7 with the created speed checking pattern SC. The braking mechanism 7 controls the train speed based on the speed checking pattern SC. |
