PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancer capable of suppressing enlargement while increasing a portable mass.SOLUTION: A balancer 1 includes a pair of base blocks 2 disposed with a clearance in the vertical direction, a plurality of pulleys 3 rotatably supported in relation to each of the base blocks 2, and a plurality of wire ropes 4 wound around the pulleys 3. A conveying table 6 guided to move in the vertical direction by a guide rod 5 is connected to one side 4a drawn out downward from one side of the circumferential direction of the pulley 3 in the wire rope 4. Air cylinders 7 applying loads substantially equal to the gravity acting on a conveying object are connected to other sides 4b drawn out downward from other sides in the circumferential direction of the pulleys 3 in the wire rope 4. |
