摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which can change a travelling direction of light emitted from a semiconductor light-emitting element and achieve a high heat dissipation performance.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 100 according to the present invention comprises: a silicon substrate 10; a metal substrate 20 having a stem 22 provided on a first surface 12 of the silicon substrate 10, and projections 24 provided on the stem 22 to pierce the silicon substrate 10; semiconductor light-emitting elements 40 provided on a second surface 14 of the silicon substrate 10 on the opposite side to the first surface 12; and reflection films 30 provided on the projections 24, for reflecting light L emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting elements 40, respectively. The semiconductor light-emitting elements 40 overlap the metal plate 20 in plan view from a thickness direction of the silicon substrate 10. The projection 24 has an inclined plane 26 inclined against the second surface 14 and the reflection film 30 is provided on the inclined plane 26.
