PURPOSE: A humidifying system of a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell recycling crossover gas is provided to have a high durability of the membrane and to have a small amount that fuel gas and oxygen compound gas are crossover toward the humidifying water as the humidifying water pressure of the humidifier is able to be uniformly controlled, and, therefore, the pressure change is low, and to have high safety when the humidifying water is discharged. CONSTITUTION: In a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell including a stack (110) reacting with supplied fuel gas and oxygen compound gas, and a humidifier humidifying the fuel gas and the oxygen compound gas supplied to the stack, a humidifying system of a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell recycling crossover gas comprises a gas-liquid separator (130) equipped on an oxygen compound gas outlet side of the stack so as to separate reaction product water generated on a cathode of the stack, and the humidification water included in the oxygen compound gas and to supply to the humidifier; and a humidification water storage tank equipped on a humidification water outlet side of the humidifier so as to store the humidification water discharged from the humidifier, to separate the fuel gas with crossover and the oxygen compound gas with crossover and to re-supply to the stack. On the humidification water outlet side of the humidifier, humidification water pressure sensors and humidification water storage control valves controlling the humidification water flowed in to the humidification water storage tank are installed. A gas-liquid separator pressure sensor is installed in the gas-liquid separator so that the humidification water storage control valves are operated according to the difference of the pressure value of the humidification water pressure sensor and the pressure value of the gas-liquid separator pressure sensor.
