PURPOSE: A product provider guide system providing a search function of the product comment base and a method thereof are provided to use a mobile communications terminal which does not have the limit on a search range and information. CONSTITUTION: Business information (401-1) and one or more product information (401-2) by each of business information are matched and stored in a product business information database (DB) (401). An administration DB (402) stores manager information which includes the business information and login information of an advertisement manager and comprises customer and advertisement manager DB (402-2) which stores the information of a customer and a billing DB (402-1) which stores business billing information. A product providing business guide server part (410) comprises a communications part (411), a connection managing part (412), a content providing part (413), a position checking part (414), a searching part (415), an advertising business resisting part, a statistics part (418), and a billing treatment part (419).
