PURPOSE: An ultraviolet ray-curable composition for blocking ultraviolet ray and infrared is provided to enhance disperse stability of cluster shaped aluminum - doping zinc oxide nanopowder. CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet ray-curable composition for blocking ultraviolet ray and infrared comprises a polyfunctional acrylate monomer which has two or more of functional groups, a photoinitiator which absorbs the ultraviolet ray energy and initiates polymerization, and a resin composition which includes organic solvents, and AZO powder which is dispersed in the resin composition. The resin composition comprises 10-30 weight% of multi-functional acrylate monomer, 5-10 weight% of a photoinitiator and 50-70 weight% of an organic solvent. The resin composition additionally comprises 2-20 weight% of urethane acrylate oligomer. |
