PURPOSE: Aramid fiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the molecular weight of the polymer when the spinning dope is produced and improve intensity of the aramid fiber by minimizing degradation of inherent viscosity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aramid fiber includes the following steps of: producing mixed liquid by dissolving aromatic diamine in a polymerization solvent; producing pre-polymer by adding aromatic family diacid halide; producing the final polymer; and producing spinning dope by using the final polymer; and spinning spinning dope. The average molar ratio of amine terminal compared to the molar ratio of the acid terminal is 1.0 ~ 2.3. The manufacturing method of the aramid fiber further includes a step for measuring a diamine molar ratio. |
