PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a secondary battery capable of reliably welding a part where a separator with a heat-resistant layer is laminated.SOLUTION: A portion where a separator layer 48 composed of a resin material, interposed between heat-resistant layers 49 is laminated and further an exterior material 13 (laminate sheet) is laminated, is held from both sides by a pressure shaking part 111 and a jig receiving part 112, thus applying vibration while pressing. Protrusions 121 are formed on the pressure shaking part 111 and the jig receiving part 112, and the heat-resistant layers 49 are broken when they are pressed and shaken. The resin is melted at the broken part 200 and welds the separator layer 48.
