PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure of a reactor which is more lightweight than conventional housing structures.SOLUTION: A reactor 1 comprises: a cylindrical coil; and a magnetic core disposed at the interior and the exterior of the coil and forming a closed magnetic path. In a housing structure 10 of the reactor, the reactor 1 is housed in a structure case 4 with a circuit component 5 functioning in cooperation with the reactor 1. At least a part of the magnetic core of the reactor 1 included in the housing structure 10 of the reactor, which is disposed at the outer peripheral side of the coil, is formed by a resin core material including magnetic material powder and a resin. The structure case 4 is provided between the reactor 1 and the circuit component 5 and includes an electromagnetic shield part (a partition part 42) shielding magnetic flux leaking from the reactor 1 to the circuit component 5.
