PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens-integrated type substrate allowing sealing with high airtightness.SOLUTION: The lens-integrated type substrate includes: a protrusion part formed on a light incidence-side plane of a substrate; a recessed part formed on a light emission-side plane of the substrate; and a first antireflection film formed in the light incidence-side plane at least on a region including the surface of the protruding part. A second antireflection film is formed in the light emission-side plane on a first region including at least a part of the surface of the recessed part. A material constituting the substrate is exposed on the second region excluding the first region, and at least a part of the second region becomes a bonded surface to be bonded with another member. |
