PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor having less deflection at connection with a flexible printed wiring board.SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor comprises: a transparent film base material 1; a front side electrode 2a formed on one surface of the transparent film base material; a front side external connection terminal part 13a coupled to the front side electrode; a reverse side electrode 2b formed on the other surface of the transparent film base material; and a reverse side external connection terminal part 13b coupled to the reverse side electrode and formed so as not to overlap the front side connection terminal part in a plan view. One external connection terminal part of neighboring front side external connection terminal part and reverse side external connection terminal part is defined as a convex side external connection terminal part 23a. An area on the transparent film base material having the convex side external connection terminal part 23a is defined as a convex side external connection terminal formation part 11a. The other external connection terminal part is defined as a concave side external connection terminal part 23b. An area having the concave side external connection terminal part 23b is defined as a recess side external connection terminal formation part 11b. An outer peripheral end of the recess side external connection terminal formation part and an outer end of the recess side external connection terminal part are positioned at an inner side than an inner end of the convex side external connection terminal part.
