摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a magnet-inclusion type synchronous machine which includes a rare earth anisotropic bond magnet of a high orientation.SOLUTION: A rotor (1) of a magnet-inclusion type synchronous machine includes: main bodies (11) which consist of a soft magnetic material and include inclusion parts (12) evenly arranged in the periphery of a rotation center axis and consisting of gaps; and permanent magnets (M1) disposed in the inclusion parts. An outer peripheral side region from an outer peripheral side end of the permanent magnet to an outer peripheral end of the main body is a low magnetic part having magnetic permeability lower than that of the soft magnetic material. The permanent magnet is composed of a rare earth anisotropic bond magnet formed by injection molding in the inclusion part in which an orientation magnetic field is effectively formed. The low magnetic part is constituted, for example, by reforming a structure of a part of a laminated electromagnetic steel plate into an austenitic structure. By providing the low magnetic part, the orientation magnetic field at the time of injection molding is effectively distributed to the inclusion part, and the rare earth anisotropic bond magnet of the high orientation can be efficiently formed in the inclusion part.
