摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively absorb a collision load at the time of both frontal collision and narrow offset frontal collision, without enlarging a front section of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A bumper beam 29 made of a fiber-reinforced resin and extended in a vehicle-width direction, and a lower member 27 made of a fiber-reinforced resin and extended forward from a front end of an upper member 20 are connected to bumper beam extensions 25 made of a fiber-reinforced resin and extended forward from a front end of a front side frame 24. Vehicle-width-direction outer surfaces and front surfaces of the pair of right and left lower members 27, front end surfaces of the pair of right and left bumper beam extensions 25, and a front surface of the bumper beam 29 are curved in a U-shape forward of the vehicle body in a plan view. Thus, even when the collision load is input to the bumper beam 29 or input to the front part of the lower member 27, the collision load can be transmitted to the bumper beam extensions 25 and absorbed. Additionally, since the bumper beam 29 does not protrude forward of the vehicle body from the lower member 27, the front section of the vehicle body can be made compact.
