PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power interchange system in an area taking into consideration of power supply from vehicles electrically connected to equipment of respective residence.SOLUTION: Used amount of electric power of houses 10A to 10C, electric power stored in a vehicle battery 28, current between vehicle coupling parts 26 of respective houses 10A to 10C and vehicles 18A to 18C, and use schedules of the vehicles 18A to 18C are known via a network 72. As well as, electric power stored in the vehicle battery 28 for vehicles not to be used in the use schedule among the vehicles connected to the vehicle coupling parts 26 of the houses 10A to 10C is controlled via HEMS 30 to be acquired and acquired electric power is caused to be supplied to the houses 10A to 10C via an electric wire 64 in the area. |
