PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which needs no large-scale device, has no need of immersing an electrode into molten steel and can generate fine bubbles in the molten steel without rotating the molten steel.SOLUTION: The method of generating bubbles in the molten steel is characterized in that in the method of generating bubbles, an inert gas is blown from a gas blowing hole, which is provided at a face in contact with molten steel in a container storing the molten steel, into the molten steel to generate bubbles, an electric field by high frequency induction is applied to the molten steel around the gas blowing hole. It is preferable that a surface active element is incorporated into the molten steel. It is preferable that the grains of an element vaporized at a molten steel temperature is blown into the molten steel together with the inert gas. |
