PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining implement, a machining method and a machine tool, which can efficiently perform machining of a screw having comparatively large diameter and perform inner surface finishing work of a hole, and which can easily position a tap etc. on a prepared hole.SOLUTION: The machining implement 50A performs screw machining or hole inner surface finishing work, and has an implement body 51, and a slider 53 slidably provided to the implement body 51. The implement body 51 has a main spindle attachment part 55 which is attached to a main spindle of the machine tool in a perpendicular direction to a sliding direction of the slider 53.
