PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a result of processing processed by an external device connected by a network on the basis of an object designated by a user without inquiring of the external device about the result and output the result to the user.SOLUTION: An information terminal device includes: a user input/output section including an input section for receiving an operation from a user and an output section for outputting an output result to the user; a communication section for communicating with a key management server connected via a network; a key management database for storing information showing a retrieval key registered in the key management server; and a processing section for determining whether or not the retrieval key stored in the key management database is associated with a designation object designated by the user via the input section and causing the output section to output the determination result.
