PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a hollow or the like in a desired position of an extrusion molded product in the formation of the long extrusion molded product having the hollow extended in the longitudinal direction inside.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the extrusion molded product has following steps: a step of positioning and installing an alignment member 230 having an alignment mark to a positioning part 221 of a positioning table 220; a step of carrying out relative position adjustment of an imaging device and the positioning table 220 by imaging the alignment mark by an imaging device (camera 241) and using an imaged alignment mark as an indicator; a step of removing the alignment member 230 from the positioning part 221; a step of positioning and installing a first mold member (inner die 130) to the positioning part 221; and a step of imaging a pin (gas supply pipe 160) by the imaging device and correcting the pin on the basis of the imaged result.
