PURPOSE: A credit card management system capable of a user group service is provided to activate card usage without increasing the expenses of a card company and enable users to obtain reasonable benefits. CONSTITUTION: Credit card management systems (61, 63) communicate with a payment terminal (41), a master client (25), and general clients (21, 23) through a network. The master client generates a user group by connecting the credit card management systems. When other clients register registration requests for a group, the credit card management system requests approval to the master client. When the approval is registered, a corresponding client is registered as a member.
