PURPOSE: A rental-building energy management system based on building reservation information and a method thereof are provided to perform efficient energy management of a rental building using building reservation information. CONSTITUTION: Building reservation information is received from a user terminal (S110). Rental date and predicted amount of electricity used during rental period are calculated using the building reservation information (S120). The predicted amount of electricity used is acquired in an electricity transaction market through bidding (S130). Fixed incentive is provided to a user inputting additional information of the building reservation information, a user inputting electric vehicle parking information and a user inputting travelling schedule of an electric vehicle (S160). A travelling schedule receiving step (S140) receives travelling schedule of the electric vehicle from a user terminal. An energy management step (S150) charges or discharges an electric vehicle battery by using the travelling schedule of the electric vehicle.
