PURPOSE: An advertisement providing method of a scroll type and an apparatus thereof are provided to effectively attract an attention of a user to a display advertisement by exposing the display advertisement in the scroll type and expose several advertisements in one page at a time in a method of continuously exposing information while the display advertisement flows. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement providing apparatus loads a page which corresponds to a request of a user (710). The advertisement providing apparatus exposes advertisement information which is related to the corresponding page on a screen of a user terminal in a scroll type while displaying the page which corresponds to the request of the user (720). The advertisement providing apparatus senses a touch event about a screen in a user terminal environment of a touch base and controls a scroll of an advertisement image according to the touch event (730).
