PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display and electronic device are provided to suppress an indication error caused by electrostatic destruction or noise. CONSTITUTION: A third external connection terminal (104c) which is electrically connected to an adjacent electrode line (142) is arranged between a first external connection terminal (104a1,104a2) and a second external connection terminal (104b1,104b2). The first external connection terminal is electrically connected to a data signal supply line (114a,114b). The second external connection terminal is electrically connected to a scanning signal supply line (121). Electrostatic destruction between wires which is generated by wire cross is prevented as it is prevented that the data signal supply line, the scanning signal supply line, and the adjacent electrode line are crossed in a flat type.
