<p>PURPOSE: An ERP system for the steel material cutting management and a steel material cutting management method using thereof are provided to use each of the ERP performance information to process an automatic cutting POR issuing and an automatic warehousing. The ERP system for the steel material cutting management and the steel material cutting management method using thereof are provided to share the information such as the amount of materials, contract price, and etc. with an external cooperating partner on a real-time basis and are provided to automatically process when inputting the confirmation of the external cooperating partner. CONSTITUTION: An ERP system (100) for the steel material cutting management comprises an issuing unit (110), a calculation unit (120), a contraction unit (130), a warehousing process unit (140), and a control unit (150). The issuing unit issues the steel material cutting POR by relating with the external cooperating partner shipping information of the ERP. The calculation unit calculates the amount of materials information of the issued steel material cutting POR and transmits to the external cooperating partner. The contraction unit registers the amount of materials agreement with the external cooperating partner based on the calculated amount of materials information. According to the contract of POR, the warehousing process unit processes the warehousing of the steel material cutting by relating with the arrival information which is registered at the next workplace of the steel material cutting.
