PURPOSE: Shoe soles are provided to prevent foot slid from shoes when shoes are worn and to absorb impact passed onto foot. CONSTITUTION: Shoe soles (1) have a front part and a rear part; a rear sole part (10) on which heels (110) of foot (100) are positioned at the back with a central part between the front part and the rear part as a center; and a front sole part (20) on which front parts of foot are positioned in a one piece. The shoe soles comprises multiple protrusions (30) with a lower part connected to an upper part of the front sole part and with the upper part extended upward; and a cushion member equipped with the rear sole part. The multiple protrusions have both ends and the both ends are extended in a direction which intersects with a length direction of foot. The cushion member has a cushion rib.
