PURPOSE: An energy management system, a method thereof, and apparatus for the same are provided to use additional information in an electric vehicle charging station for establishing a developmental plan, thereby reducing energy waste. CONSTITUTION: A charging station management device in an electric vehicle charging station collects various kinds of additional information (S11).
