PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a storage battery to efficiently operate a power system.SOLUTION: A distributed power supply controlling system 1 includes: a distribution line 5 extending from a breaker 4 to a region to be fed, and supplying power received via a bus line 3 and the breaker 4 from a substation 2 to each house 10; a controlling device 7 measuring a current transmitted from a current transformer 6, calculating a current flowing in the distribution line 5 on the basis of the measured current and a current transformation ratio, predicting a power curve on the basis of the calculated current, the weather and the temperature on that day, calculating a charge amount in the off-peak and a discharge amount in the peak by using the predicted power curve, and instructing a smart meter 9 to charge and discharge a storage battery mounted on an electric vehicle 20; the smart meter 9 performing charge and discharge control of the storage battery mounted on the electric vehicle 20 on the basis of the instruction received from the controlling device 7; and the electric vehicle 20 mounting the storage battery, and used as a storage battery while being parked without operation in the house 10. |
