PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily ink composition for a writing utensil capable of exhibiting excellent dry-up resistance for a long period, and a writing utensil.SOLUTION: The oily ink composition for a writing utensil includes: a coloring agent; an organic solvent selected from ≤5C aliphatic alcohols and glycol ethers; a resin; and an alkyl glucoside represented by general formula (1) wherein n is an integer of ≥1 and R is a 12-20C alkyl group. The writing utensil includes the oily ink composition for a writing utensil. |
