FIRE SENSE AND ALARM SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD BASED ON INFORMATION OF UNIT ID

PURPOSE: A super-tall building fire sensing and alarming system and a method capable of utilizing the ID information per house are provided to provide an exact fire sensing and a quick alarm. CONSTITUTION: A fire alarm system comprises a detection sensor (100), an intelligent security personal terminal (200), a central control server (300), and a fire alarm device (400). The intelligent security personal terminal is connected to a plurality of detection sensor, collects the fire status information, and wire/wirelessly communicates the collected fire status information or the ID information per house with the central control server. The central control server receives the fire information by communicating with the intelligent security personal terminal, and transmits the fire information to other personal terminal. The central control server starts the fire alarm broadcasting by operating with the fire alarm device. The fire alarm device transmits the fire alarm broadcasting according to a control signal from the central control server.
