PURPOSE: An electric vehicle sharing service system and a service method thereof are provided to eliminate time waste for charging and the irrationality of vehicle sharing costs during charging time by considering a use pattern of a service user. CONSTITUTION: Driving information and state information of an electric vehicle (10) are collected (S110). Information about a plurality of electric vehicle allocation places and information about a plurality of charging stations are collected (S210). One or more vehicle management plans for the electric vehicle are established based on the driving information, state information, and the information about the electric vehicle allocation places and the charging stations (S400).
