PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RF coil unit having a balun capable of reducing an unbalanced current without suppressing functions and performances of a device while securely keeping safety of a patient.SOLUTION: An RF coil unit which receives a magnetic resonance signal in a magnetic resonance imaging device reconstituting an image of a testee body includes a receiving coil which receives the magnetic resonance signal, a cable connected to the receiving coil and transmitting the received magnetic resonance signal, and a balun provided at a prescribed position in a length direction of the cable so as to surround an outer circumference, and including a resonance circuit using a capacitor and an inductor, the capacitor being provided between the outer circumference of the cable and the balun and apart from the outer circumference of the balun. |
