PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a configuration capable of positioning a substantially cylindrical battery unit, where a flat battery and a circuit board are connected electrically by a terminal, when it is attached to an apparatus.SOLUTION: A battery unit (1) includes a cylindrical flat battery (2) having a bottomed cylindrical positive electrode can (10) and a bottomed cylindrical negative electrode can (20) covering the opening side of the positive electrode can (10), where the positive electrode can (10) and the negative electrode can (20) are combined so that the opening side of the peripheral wall (12) of the positive electrode can (10) is located on the outer periphery of the peripheral wall (22) of the negative electrode can (20), a circular circuit board (61) stacked on the flat battery (2) in the thickness direction, and a battery side positive electrode terminal (82) for connecting the flat battery (2) and the circuit board (61) electrically. The battery side positive electrode terminal (82) is placed on the side surface of the flat battery (2) so as to project outward of the flat battery (2) in the plan view. |
