PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify configurations of a circuit unit and an electrical connection box.SOLUTION: A circuit unit 20 includes: a circuit board 24 having a conducting path on one surface side and on which electronic components 26 are mounted; a shield cover 27 covering the one surface side of the circuit board 24; a shield conductive layer 25 tightly adhered over the whole surface of the opposite side to the one surface side of the circuit board 24; and a screw 32 provided so as to penetrate through the circuit board 24 and electrically connecting between the shield cover 27 and the shield conductive layer 25.
