INSPECTION CAR SHAKING CORRECTION METHOD AND DEVICE, AND INSPECTION METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate inspection by detecting a car body shake without using a detection arm in direct contact with a traveling truck.SOLUTION: A state of a peripheral structure associated with operation of a vehicle is measured using an inspection car mounted on a truck traveling along an inspection rail. A shake state of the inspection car relative to the truck during a travel is measured using a plurality of laser displacement gauges provided on shaft boxes on both sides of the truck. An inspection result measured by the inspection car is corrected based upon the shake state of the inspection car relative to the truck. The shake state of the inspection car is measured in a contactless state using the laser displacement gauges, and the inspection result is corrected based thereupon. Consequently, the accurate inspection can be performed under no influence of a car body shake (rolling etc.) during the traveling of the inspection car.
