PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless terminal device selecting an optimal connection destination base station, and to provide a communication method selecting an optimal connection destination base station.SOLUTION: The wireless terminal device includes a calculation unit 152 which receives signals including a band allocation amount from a plurality of base stations, and calculates an estimated communication speed with each base station for each different time based on a reception wave environment index indicating the reception wave environment state of each base station and the band allocation amount of each base station, and a selection unit 154 which selects one of a plurality of base stations as the connection destination base station based on the estimated communication speed calculated for each base station. |
