PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless heat generator that has less variation in a resistance value to an application time of energization voltage, and a fixing belt formed by using the endless heat generator as a heat generation layer.SOLUTION: A fixing belt comprises a reinforcement layer 21, a heat generation layer 22, an elastic layer 23, and a release layer 24. The heat generation layer 22 is an endless heat generator in which fibrous conductive materials are dispersed in polyimide resin and which generates heat by energization. Polyvinyl pyrrolidone is contained in the range of 0.1-10.0 mass% with respect to the whole component of the endless heat generator. |
