PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction processing device capable of effectively performing reduction processing of a hydrogen generating device without increasing working processes and investment in plant and equipment, and a reduction processing method.SOLUTION: A reduction processing device for performing reduction processing of a hydrogen generating device includes a reforming unit for converting raw fuel into a reforming gas having hydrogen, and a carbon monoxide regeneration unit that is coupled with the reforming unit to reduce the concentration of carbon monoxide of the reforming gas. The reduction processing device can connect a plurality of the hydrogen generating devices in parallel and includes a hydrogen supplying unit for reduction that is connected to the plurality of the hydrogen generating devices to supply hydrogen for reduction and an inert gas supplying unit for supplying inert gas. |
