PURPOSE: An image filming and videotelephony device and a method thereof are provided to allow a user to confirm the actually filmed reflection of the user when the user is reflected with a front camera. CONSTITUTION: A front camera (104) is arranged on the rear surface of a transparent display. The front camera captures images of a subject located in front of the transparent display through the transparent display. A control unit (300) synchronizes an image capture period and a display output period so that image capture of the front camera and display output of the transparent display are alternately comprised.
