PURPOSE: A device for preparing cathode active materials for a secondary battery is provided to improve the property of a precursor crystal and to prevent the generation of metal oxidation by preventing the increase of oxygen in a reactor. CONSTITUTION: A device for preparing cathode active materials for a secondary battery comprises a reactor (10) and a stirrer (20) which is formed in the reactor without penetrating the reactor. The reactor generates a precursor by generating a reaction in a liquid which is a raw material. The stirrer stirs the liquid in the reactor.
